Do you sell just cupcakes?

Far from it! Wanna Cupcake? is a gourmet cupcake and specialty cake bakery that offers much more than just cupcakes. We are a baked from scratch bakery that also offers cookies, muffins, scones, cake pops, brownies, and assorted pastries as well as a daily rotating menu of gourmet cupcakes to choose from. We also offer custom cakes for any event from birthdays to weddings and all of life’s special celebrations.

Do I need to pre-order?

All of our locations have cupcakes, cakes and assorted baked items available for purchase on a walk-in basis. We do encourage pre-ordering larger quantities to be sure that we have what you are looking for on hand. And of course, we also do custom cupcakes and cakes which require ordering in advance. You can pre-order online or by calling the store nearest to you.

Do you offer gluten free or vegan items?

YES! Although we do offer some gluten free and vegan items for customers with a preference, we are NOT a gluten free/vegan bakery. This simply means that all of our products are produced in the same kitchen using the same equipment and ovens as our traditional products. So although we do offer these products, we do recommend that anyone with a severe allergy or condition that requires strict gluten free or vegan items, please visit a local bakery that is certified gluten free.

Do you sell cakes?

YES! We absolutely sell cakes and lots of them! We offer a variety of small cakes available for walk-in purchase. Please call ahead to see what we have on hand for the day. We do however specialize in custom cakes for every occasion. Simply let us know what you are looking for and we will work with you to design a cake that will impress you and your guests.

Are you also a cafe?

YES! We offer a full espresso bar selling your favorite hot or iced espresso drinks, including blended drinks, smoothies & spritzers too. We serve Dillano’s Coffee, a favorite of many locals.

Do you have seating?

YES! Our Puyallup location has full seating and free Wi-Fi for you to stop by, relax and enjoy your favorite coffee and desserts. Our University Place location is take-out only.

Do you offer wedding tastings?

YES! Weddings are a big part of what we do. All of our tastings are done at our Puyallup location. You can book your individual tasting online on the wedding page of our website. Simply choose the day and time for your tasting and pay a nominal $35 fee. This fee includes a 1/2 dozen cupcakes of the flavors available on the day of your tasting, as well as a consultation with a member of our staff who will guide you through the process and answer all of your questions. We offer cupcakes, cake or a variety of other desserts for your guests. We have received many outstanding reviews for our wedding services and rest assured that you will be in good hands allowing us to work with you on your special day.

Do you deliver?

YES! For weddings and events, we do deliver within our service area for a small delivery charge. For every day purchases, we offer delivery via Doordash and UberEats to areas near our locations.

Do you have a loyalty program?

YES! And it’s an awesome one too. Simply enter your phone number on your next visit to one of our stores, and you will be automatically enrolled in our Rewards program. This earns you points for purchases which are worth free products and discounts, as well as special discounts and offers only available to Rewards members.

Do you sell gift cards?

YES! We sell both physical gift cards and online e-cards as well. You may purchase physical gift cards in any denomination from $5-$500 at any of our stores. You may also purchase e-cards online and have them emailed to anyone you choose. Wanna Cupcake? gift cards are an excellent gift for any occasion!

Can I order online?

YES! You can order online for orders with a future pick-up date. For all same-day orders, please call the store where you want to pick-up directly to place your order.

Do you offer donations?

YES! We love giving back to our community! If you are looking for a donation for your local non-profit or charity, please email us at donations@wannacupcake.com with the details and we will reply with how we are able to help.

What are your hours?

Our Puyallup location is open Monday-Saturday from 8am-6pm. (Drive-Thru opens at 7am)
Our University Place location is open Monday-Saturday from 8am-8pm.
We are closed on Sundays and major holidays, but are available for special events and weddings 7 days a week.
